lady made me wait with 5 kids for 45mins - (arrived at 2pm) telling me the room wasn t ready , when the room
easily accommodating 2 adults and 3 kids
very good and staff were excellent and very helpful indeed been my kids really love the stay
no sausages, under cooked bacon, scrapes of scrambled egg and cold beans , it was that bad my kids told me to
parking and had to find our way to the nearest public parking garage, not ideal especially with kids and luggage

on top of that i'm a light sleeper due to kids and the floors are paper thin
this was lively with lots of chatter, laughter and some kids running about, a brief banging of doors
the worst configuration i could have for my kids and staff were not able to change that as all the room were
great to have free parking so close to the centre of st albans allowing you to walk everywhere
parking and a beautiful building with many original features high skirting boards, fireplace and sweeping stairs

no family rooms and double or single rooms in the same bock which we needed as a family with 3 kids
pleasantly surprised, plentiful parking adjacent to the rooms, a warm welcome, great food and pricing and the
hotel was very dated, there was hair in my bath, no room service, broken pieces of furniture and uncomfortable
was excellent ; my room overlooked the stream and my parking space was immediately adjacent to my door

duvet wasn t big enough on the sofa bed, just thinking in hindsight :-) may have stopped the kids squabbling
breakfast choices and free for kids
at the receptions was very friendly - they understood that we had kids and helped us book taxi to airport when
i explained that my husband was with the kids in our hotel room and the kids were asleep
location was perfect for sse arena and the room was fantastic with 2 kids with me.

to be fair can t really pick one as they were all perfect so helpful, from the reception to the bar staff and
normal circumstances , i would have expected a formal dinner but room service was a sensible solution in current
the breakfast was also first class

to our dissatisfaction they offered us free breakfast however were told by the waiter that my kids are not
slow wifi, key that expired every evening.
