the worst configuration i could have for my kids and staff were not able to change that as all the room were
this was lively with lots of chatter, laughter and some kids running about, a brief banging of doors
on top of that i'm a light sleeper due to kids and the floors are paper thin

we then had to wait until a space became available as no street parking around the property

there was therefore no formal evening meal available, but there was room
the first night the wifi was not working in my room but they fixed it the next day
clean, great parking, fab food, friendly staff, a great welcome
breakfast was also spot on: fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day

close to shops and 5 minutes from a big park which is brilliant for anyone with kids or dogs or just for an
wifi (although this was slow when hotel was busy)
