location was perfect for sse arena and the room was fantastic with 2 kids with me.

breakfast choices and free for kids

i explained that my husband was with the kids in our hotel room and the kids were asleep

breakfast was fab, lots of choice and the kids loved the pancake machine

the fact that we booked an executive room for 2 adults and 2 children, yet when we go there the kids sofa beds

of space and two areas with beds which gave feeling ofprivacy if you are 2 couples or family with kids

comfortable and clean room,very good breakfast and of swimming pool water is warm for kids

the swimming pool was enjoyed by my kids almost on their own the whole time

we stayed in a family room and was amazed at the size of the room and the amount of space, yhe kids had plenty

pool and the shower in tge room were both a disappointment- there were swimming lessons for kids going on in

to our dissatisfaction they offered us free breakfast however were told by the waiter that my kids are not

heritage setting with no traffic noise but so easy to commute and ample parking

location, plenty of safe and secure parking, beautiful hotel and building

v good breakfast staff assistanceroom changed as stairs too difficult for me great parking easy access to public

facilities like a bar or room service it s a jewish hotel and it should state this at time of booking as they

everything was fine bar the sofa bed, very lumpy and uncomfortable for the kids.

i booked and stayed the same night as it was an emergancy situation for myself and my kids

i don't think i was made aware of the wifi access, but i did'nt require it during my stay.

24 hour access to the gym could of done with a swimming pool, but overall very good

spacious reception and bar area

nice clean room - the kids loved the pool.

the whole experience was brilliant from the entertainment in the restaurant with gadgets for kids and adults

hotel was so clean and staff were so friendly the use of the pool and sauna was incredible kids loved it but

the hotel restaurant is perfect for families with a well priced kids menu featuring pasta favourites , pizza

friendly and exceptional; the rooms were comfort and had everything we needed for a family with 2 kids; the

we were there for liesure and have 3 kids, teen and pre-teen age

easy to find. well located. quiet. great if travelling with kids. pretty. helpful staff.
