ended up on the kids menu as we felt it had a more hearty feel to it
room above us had the kids jumping off the bed at 6 in the morning and could easily hear their conversations,
the pool was supposed to be available for kids between 8-10am but there was a full aqua aerobics class
we only got to go swimming once during our stay from friday to sunday due to the restrictions for kids
many memebers with kids and when you are trying to relax they are screaming and one child kept grabbing my legs

kids loved exploring the gardens, and finding hidden animal sculptures
was very very hot which wasn t great for kids washing hands
the surroundings are beautiful and the kids loved to play in the gardens and swim in the pool
of the property are absolutely fantastic with a big chess board and jenga helping keep the kids entertained
pool was lovely but when we went to use it, there was swimming lessons going on for kids

of dust under the bed in the suite we had , the food was aboutlslty horrible we even ordered kids meals it took
tub with the room was perfect, just what is needed for a relaxing break away from the stress of kids/work etc
this was particularly difficult as we had young kids who were very hungry; however, when the food did arrive,
was nice, but it was disappointing that kids were not allowed to use most of it, especially when the weather

facilities for kids and hidden gems (like the bear and cinema room) are so great
to be seated, cutlery, and our food once took 50 minutes to arrive - again, not ideal with hungry kids

the hotel has a wedding reception, the party finished after 12am and we are next door to where kids stayed
did sit outside in the garden area on our second evening for half an hour and the wedding party kids through a
floor, still overlooking turfed area, though further away from the extraction unit, bonus bin and laundry bin
in a very remote place, no local stores or places close, like laundromats (they did not have laundry facilities
staff very friendly and helpful, excellent laundry service

we were very pleased to have a free parking space
staff, nice clean room with wifi and good water pressure
to bath centre and spa is excellent for walking 15mins to all amenities
walk from bath spa station although is slightly uphill with luggage

the bar staff were lovely and made drinks (virgin cocktails) that weren t on the menu which the kids loved
over 1000 for two nights stay to have to pay a further 30 per head for a breakfast would discourage me from
beautiful nice big clean spa was amazing
the facilities inside were fantastic as well- the pool/sauna room for a quick visit is recommended
the gym hours could of been extended to earlier in the morning as 9am is to late.

was a little tired and there was lane swimming when kids allowed in so not much room in small
this was the case right from check in (when the staff seemed irritated when i asked for when kids swim times

the town center, carpark affordable, family of 4, room wasn't ready but offered cookies for the kids while

the room above had kids in the room and having kids running around on floor boards of an old building at midnight
our room was tiny. but the room we got for our kids was great.
minor issue is the absence of a minibar in the rooms, which is helpful when travelling with kids
wifi was so-so

my kids loved it
they met all our needs, they were so sweet to our three wild kids and even brought them some bread for fishing
later on, whilst being on bath for to enjoy pools and spas we came to find out that kids were not allowed in
up that the pool is only open to kids aged 12 and above which we hadn t realised
view -no elevator -the kids under 16 not alaoud -to many things in the night table -small

evenings where noisy with young kids running up and down the corridor, but that's what you get if you book during
near to the city of bath, it is a great choice especially those who are travelling with kids
it was however let down by a non functioning spa bath with a shower that was erratic in temperature
basin not suitable forctge room room service not brilliant supposed italian meal
this room had a spa bath but it didn't work
