was nice, but it was disappointing that kids were not allowed to use most of it, especially when the weather
of dust under the bed in the suite we had , the food was aboutlslty horrible we even ordered kids meals it took
this was particularly difficult as we had young kids who were very hungry; however, when the food did arrive,

the bar staff were lovely and made drinks (virgin cocktails) that weren t on the menu which the kids loved

we were very happy to use the gym every day and enjoyed the thermal spa on two occasions
room service would have been great but i know with covid things aren't 100%

family friendly at all the facilities are dated and they don t cater for kids especially over easter

our room was tiny. but the room we got for our kids was great.
the room above had kids in the room and having kids running around on floor boards of an old building at midnight
minor issue is the absence of a minibar in the rooms, which is helpful when travelling with kids
