pool was lovely but when we went to use it, there was swimming lessons going on for kids
nice stay, kids loved the pool and the adjoining rooms (12 and 12a) worked perfectly for a family of four with
garden, the comfortable room, the swimming pool (the kids love it), great and friendly breakfasts and location
the surroundings are beautiful and the kids loved to play in the gardens and swim in the pool
definitely coming back again-might even let the kids into our little secret place and bring them too

did sit outside in the garden area on our second evening for half an hour and the wedding party kids through a

was nice, but it was disappointing that kids were not allowed to use most of it, especially when the weather
this was particularly difficult as we had young kids who were very hungry; however, when the food did arrive,

were some very loud/excited guests in the pool/spa area on 2nd night (initially thought it was kids
although the half term break the kids will be around, we had much time to ourselves for adults from 6pm time

near to the city of bath, it is a great choice especially those who are travelling with kids
evenings where noisy with young kids running up and down the corridor, but that's what you get if you book during
free breakfast was a nice touch and plenty of continental style food to choose from
20 for 2 beakfasts was a bit much proble lucky if it cost 8 for both think there profits off breakfast is
the spa bath did not work which we were really looking forward to using.

t like that we had to pay extra for breakfast and it was the same price for everyone even the kids
room, friendly staff, excellent location, easy availability of parking and the free popcorn for kids
the garlic bread was a kids cheese and tomato pizza pasta overcooked and not very

the room above had kids in the room and having kids running around on floor boards of an old building at midnight
our room was tiny. but the room we got for our kids was great.
minor issue is the absence of a minibar in the rooms, which is helpful when travelling with kids
they advised me how to get to the spa and were generally very polite and
room was large, staff were wonderful. bar and dining exceptional. car valet service fantastic.

they met all our needs, they were so sweet to our three wild kids and even brought them some bread for fishing
service was too late or forgotten each night which made putting the kids to bed more difficult
i hope that kids could use pool for longer, currently only 0900-1000 and 1600-1700 2
later on, whilst being on bath for to enjoy pools and spas we came to find out that kids were not allowed in
the time slots for kids at the swimming pool.

g kids have own room, rather than one large bedroom or someone sleeping in the living room
spa -- it was more a swimming pool + sauna that was overwhelmed with kids most of the day (some openingly talking
family friendly at all the facilities are dated and they don t cater for kids especially over easter
there were lots of kids who were quite loud, i didn't mind the children running around in the garden but didn
grounds are lovely staff very friendly and accommodating especially for families with little kids

should offer more service and most importantly they should have an actual operating kidsclub for this kind of
place for families seeking a little bit of relaxation and luxury whilst ensuring kids have activities that keep
our second night when opening the window to try to cool the room, we spent the night listening to kitchen
everything but someone taking drinks orders by the pool or ordering via a qr so you didn t have to go back
we took our pet dog with us we were given a room that was clearly the designated 'dog' room
