evenings where noisy with young kids running up and down the corridor, but that's what you get if you book during

t like that we had to pay extra for breakfast and it was the same price for everyone even the kids

the room above had kids in the room and having kids running around on floor boards of an old building at midnight
our room was tiny. but the room we got for our kids was great.
minor issue is the absence of a minibar in the rooms, which is helpful when travelling with kids
they advised me how to get to the spa and were generally very polite and
room was large, staff were wonderful. bar and dining exceptional. car valet service fantastic.

they met all our needs, they were so sweet to our three wild kids and even brought them some bread for fishing
service was too late or forgotten each night which made putting the kids to bed more difficult
i hope that kids could use pool for longer, currently only 0900-1000 and 1600-1700 2
later on, whilst being on bath for to enjoy pools and spas we came to find out that kids were not allowed in
the time slots for kids at the swimming pool.

staffs are super friendly and helpful, good with kids too, the renewed garden spa is amazing, definitely worth
the pool was supposed to be available for kids between 8-10am but there was a full aqua aerobics class
couldn t find anywhere to sit by the pool and the times that kids were allowed in the pool was not monitored
many memebers with kids and when you are trying to relax they are screaming and one child kept grabbing my legs

should offer more service and most importantly they should have an actual operating kidsclub for this kind of
place for families seeking a little bit of relaxation and luxury whilst ensuring kids have activities that keep
range of outdoor activities excellent swimming pool and spa were luxurious
our second night when opening the window to try to cool the room, we spent the night listening to kitchen
