could not have been any friendlier, huge open landscape garden so is great for kids

loved the routines of the place, the border collie, the kids going off to school
kids running up and down the hall late at night and people fighting and nothing done about it
stained towels in room outside needs attention replant the old flower boat it would look stunning kids bikes

the fairy garden is great for kids
were 2 women working at breakfast on our first morning we had asked for strawberries for the kids, they were so
of noisy kids running around when we arrived after a long drive but this was due to a book launch also the
the couch bed was also extremely uncomfortable for the kids
breakfast was excellent, the staff even ensured freshly made pancakes for the kids

food in bar very very poor, pizza, kids nuggets chips, brownie sticky toffee pudding, very very poor quality
with kids it wasn't ideal but for just adults this probably would bother me less
were not helpful at check in & made me wait right up to 3pm for checking in with 2 small kids
breakfast was lovely and good staff with excellent customer service

we didnt manage breakfast we had to go get kids picked up but tea and coffee were still on offer and a load of
the host was very friendly, breakfast was very good. room was spacious and quiet.

it has self catering apartments but doesn't seem to cater for young families with kids.
however i would recommend this anyway if you have kids
on the property were comfortable with wi-fi, big tub/shower, comfy beds with room outside for kids to play nearby
we booked the family room for our family of 5 kids ages 1, 11 and 15
breakfast was great and so were the bar and the restaurant

kids had great nite sleep fan a great idea because the room was very warm spec with the good
staying in a room with two kids we were a little dependent on it and it wouldn't work at all
the family room was amazing so much space for kids. pancakes for breakfast was a hit.
our second time staying at the hotel when take kids to emerald park
was incredibly loud and wasn't ideal with small kids

in the stables and the guests above us were up all night and made a lot of noise which kept our kids awake

we arrived, we found a huge fairy-lit tree outside on the grounds that our kids immediately had an exciting time
the magic tree as my kids called it, is truly magical
i would like to mention ger, who made us feel very welcome with our furry kids and even gave them some treats

the food in the bar was good, but the menu had no choice of meals on it for kids.

say about this hotel at all, only slight negative is our leisurely morning swim was over run with kids swimming
sleep very well, walls were very thin, kids running around banging doors all night and screaming
large swimming pool but full of kids having lessons so not easy to use.
the price and the young kids walking around drunk
had kids running up and down the hall until 1am, knocking on our door and running away
