were not helpful at check in & made me wait right up to 3pm for checking in with 2 small kids
food in bar very very poor, pizza, kids nuggets chips, brownie sticky toffee pudding, very very poor quality
with kids it wasn't ideal but for just adults this probably would bother me less
rooms lovely great value for money and secure parking, staff friendly service is great.
perfect location for playing golf in the local area.

hotel needs up grading .lots of kids hanging around the hall leading to the bedrooms
stained towels in room outside needs attention replant the old flower boat it would look stunning kids bikes

could not have been any friendlier, huge open landscape garden so is great for kids

have stayed here a few times and each time staff have been wonderful and patient towards 3 kids running about

it has self catering apartments but doesn't seem to cater for young families with kids.
on the property were comfortable with wi-fi, big tub/shower, comfy beds with room outside for kids to play nearby
however i would recommend this anyway if you have kids

was very comfy but kids was on sofa and it was broke had to take mattresses of it and let them sleep on floor

to visit and there are different things to do in and around trim castle, walk along river, kids park, bar & pubs
they are absolutely ok with your kids sleeping in their lobby chairs from 11:30am and abide by their strict

i`d give 10 out of 10 if they would turn down or turn off the dreadful piped music in the bar and restaurant

the play room for kids was not open so there wasnt alot to do

we arrived, we found a huge fairy-lit tree outside on the grounds that our kids immediately had an exciting time
in the stables and the guests above us were up all night and made a lot of noise which kept our kids awake

i would recommend not to bring kids as there was nothing for them to do

loads of variety for breakfast, different bars and various menus which catered for all tastes, kids club which
an age restriction for the tiny kids pool to be put in place for say 5 years and under, a lot of the time older
opted to eat in the bar as it was the kids' preference but this was the only negative of the trip
were clean, staff were very helpful and pleasant, plenty of space for the kids to run
