kids had great nite sleep fan a great idea because the room was very warm spec with the good

we arrived, we found a huge fairy-lit tree outside on the grounds that our kids immediately had an exciting time

the kids could not stay in the room
hotel and bar food excellent staff very friendly lovely girl in house keeping coukd it do enough for us when
wifi ranged from spotty to altogether missing
the wifi only worked well on one side of the bed in the corner of the room, and the tv didn't work
no wifi in the room. breakfast not served until 08:00. no provided parking.

this seems to be caused by a lack of management, the restaurant and bar being run by kids, no disrespect to
kids were running riot around the hotel, one nearly knocked my elderly father over, although not
kids liked that we were right across the street from trim castle

they are absolutely ok with your kids sleeping in their lobby chairs from 11:30am and abide by their strict
to visit and there are different things to do in and around trim castle, walk along river, kids park, bar & pubs
and this continues for a while with different kids approaching me

stayed there with our kids as a part of the trip to tayto park, which is very close to this hotel
my kids loved it and didn t want to leave

were not helpful at check in & made me wait right up to 3pm for checking in with 2 small kids
with kids it wasn't ideal but for just adults this probably would bother me less
food in bar very very poor, pizza, kids nuggets chips, brownie sticky toffee pudding, very very poor quality

they gave me an early check in as child was feeling poorly which ended up us staying in the room the whole time

to remove 3 large spiders from the room as kids were afraid
there was way to many kids running up and down as the parents clearly let them do what they wanted and yes that

pool was open to public , not ideal for a 5 star hotel , sauna was packed and kids jumping around the pool
was busy with lots of kids
aware restricted hours for kids at the pool which wasn t communicated at check in or advised on booking
not ideal on a couple night away from kids
so peaceful - very few kids the walks, the bike hire, the pool all just fabulous

bedrooms are comfortable and modern and the facilities for children like the kids club and swimming pool also
the pool a bit crowded but good and there is a lovely kids club
amazing staff food and girls at the kids club would highly recommend for families
lovely clean property. stayed in the family room which was fantastic, kids absolutely loved it.
the kids loved the pool, it's well maintained and spotless as well as supervised by very diligent staff

it has self catering apartments but doesn't seem to cater for young families with kids.
however i would recommend this anyway if you have kids
on the property were comfortable with wi-fi, big tub/shower, comfy beds with room outside for kids to play nearby
we booked the family room for our family of 5 kids ages 1, 11 and 15
