i would like to mention ger, who made us feel very welcome with our furry kids and even gave them some treats

place had a huge back yard well closed off for the kids to run about most off the staff we encounterd were lovely

they put on a kids club for 5 a night from 6-9pm which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed
just needs outdoor play area for children or maybe kids club

kids were running riot around the hotel, one nearly knocked my elderly father over, although not
this seems to be caused by a lack of management, the restaurant and bar being run by kids, no disrespect to
i didn t sleep a wink with kids running up and down corridors until midnight, noisy guests still roaming
residents bar breakfast was poor staff are just kids with no training
was very comfy but kids was on sofa and it was broke had to take mattresses of it and let them sleep on floor

we didnt manage breakfast we had to go get kids picked up but tea and coffee were still on offer and a load of

we booked the family room for our family of 5 kids ages 1, 11 and 15
on the property were comfortable with wi-fi, big tub/shower, comfy beds with room outside for kids to play nearby
it has self catering apartments but doesn't seem to cater for young families with kids.
however i would recommend this anyway if you have kids
wifi our bedroom had no wifi whatsoever

desk staff, i love the room, i love the breakfast, and the hotel has a big land mass outside for kids to play
restaurant food was average the bar food was a nicer menu for us. kids loved the pizza.

not nice first the bath is way too high to get into to this is a danger to older people or with kids too high
was a lot of families living at the hotel with young kids and the children were very loud late at night and
there was a under 18 party or something similar. kids drinking and very noisy till 1 am.

the city centre staff were extremely good and so nice and extremely friendly especially with the kids
hotel was clean, rooms are small as expected for city hotel, single beds are tiny more suited to kids, contacted
stayed for one night in a familyroom, and it was nice to have 4 beds instead of a sofabed for the kids
was very small for two adults and two kids, no smart tv ac stoped working on day 3, it could not be fixed, hotel
would be nice if the staff check that if school kids are in the hotel

we had a faucet issue in my kids room, but they took care of it very quickly and moved them to a new room still
not a place to stay if you are a vegetarian - plenty of read meat on the menu- nothing healthy on kids menu
room was fantastic, the bed was awesome and the gym was pretty good as well

it was a belated anniversary trip for us and our first weekend away without kids in 5 years and it was fabulous
