not much for kids to do in the evening

the hotel has so much life in its self that the kids were busy for hours
area was nice but a lot of iguanas running round and freaked slit of the kids out as some were so big

so when we arrived we were out of a room and stranded me and 2 kids

how, if you're staying in the guitar, you have to walk 2/3 mile through the cosino wet with the kids to get to

kids were running and screaming everywhere in the lobby, down the halls and in the elevators
was great wouldn't give me early check in when i called not even an hour early but that's cool it was very very
unable to get room service due to the pandemic
pool was heated a little too hot the first day making it more like a hot tub than a refreshing pool
only thing i didn't like was the discontinued room service due to covid-19

we had a bad night as some kids on the 4th floor were so loud and for some reason they were pounding on the

they gave me 1 queen bed only and had to sleep with my 3 teenager kids in the bed
have 2 smalls kids so no microwave in the room was an inconvenience; however, i was able to use the microwave
travelled with 3 kids and my aunt we each had two pieces of luggage, when we got to the hotel and checked in
wet floors are a recipe for disaster for young kids and the elderly
was amazing for breakfast (we only had breakfast) the pool area was clean and beautiful the kids loved the pool

everything, my stay at springhill was perfect. my kids loved and enjoy being there
had an bad experience on the elevator with 2 of my kids while going up to the 7th floor there was this loud
location from the airport and just about everything the kids liked dave & busters, tacos etc
the breakfast was also good

kids were knocking on my room door multiple times at night
made me nervous with kids , having such an insecure window on an upper floor
the bistro bar attendant(julie)ignored us while we stood in front of her for several minutes

the hotel was very good, the kids loved the water park. overall we definitely recommend it

pool, hot-tub, and mini basketball court for the kids was great
thing we didn't enjoy was having to share the jacuzzi with all the little kids
was a man that was staying there who kept coming over and trying to talk to us and our kids, he was very pushy
i was locked out of my room and luckily my kids were there to let me in
