lot of noise coming from nearby rooms of screaming kids late at night

the pullout for the kids had 2 full individual beds which was great

kids always have a blast

they gave beach towels and chairs and had plastic toys for kids to play in the

too bad the pool is on that side because the noise makes it difficult to relax poolside when the kids want to

chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach toys for kids, free bikes and reasonable parking fees

for example , we were charged for bed sheets for the pullout sofa (for my kids to sleep on); parking fee was

we were so happy our kids were not with us

as my teenage kids put it, the owner is clearly living the dream

expect there to be so many kids at a resort like this, but definitely not at the fault of the hotel

the ages of the girls where provided they are not kids

everything, my stay at springhill was perfect. my kids loved and enjoy being there

location from the airport and just about everything the kids liked dave & busters, tacos etc

had an bad experience on the elevator with 2 of my kids while going up to the 7th floor there was this loud

staff was very nice breakfast was very good room was like i was home .
