kids club and spa were under renovation, and we had to repeatedly ask for missing items for the

valet takes forever the room i got was a suite with 2 bedrooms- one for my young kids but they failed to tell
balcony to small. i would've liked a microwave. traveling with kids a microwave is a life saver.

we were so happy our kids were not with us
beach toys for kids were free to use which was a bonus for our 2 little

there was a fun kids pool, a calmer pool next the beach and then an adult only pool so
that this hotel is more family friendly and not a spring break hang out for hs and college kids

swimming pool and beach wasn t good for kids.
we stayed during easter weekend and was surprised by the fun easter activities for kids
really didn't think a bay view was possible, but low and behold, there is a bay view and my kids ended up loving
the people working at the hotel was so nice to us and especially our kids
hotel was half empty and they do not let you check in till after 3 pm, even if you have little kids
