too many young kids giving bad service, they just don't know any better
could hear the kids next door and people in the hallway
no microwave when traveling with kids i like to have that item always.
they were able to accommodate me with a balcony to overview the pool/ gathering area
this is extremely difficult when you are given access to a gym and are so close to a beach

i had two young kids traveling all day
we had a bad night as some kids on the 4th floor were so loud and for some reason they were pounding on the
short of towels in room, breakfast was below average, booked breakfast with room and staff said kids not included
the pool area close too early.
breakfast could have more options and the bar can be closed a bit later.

nice pool which was warm and the kids loved the slide. great sun loungers

the water slide for the kids was great fun!
golf cart shuttle to and fro rooms was extremely slow
self parking a little too far to walk but there was complimentary shuttle service.

specified in my reservation that i was travelling with 2 kids and the bioking mentioned that the room ess with
hotel worked really nicely with small kids too
one point, a gecko jumped into the pool while we were in it, which scared the kids a little
