also loved the pool experience and hanging out near the water slides our kids loved it
were dozens of kids running around making noise and the management team was not very responsive
bed linen has a smell, like a kids bed, pee smell and body odor.

allergies attack also, we are given a room where near the pool, across and upstairs there are kids running
alarm kept going off in the pool equipment room in the middle of the night waking me up as this was right around
they also have a very tiny gym, but its great
bar should open earlier, we are on eastern time-3 hours ahead so wanted drinks earlier that bar
i was needing a hot food snack bar or restaurant.

pool is fun for kids

i liked the place but the problem was the room service
plus they do not do room service fpr daily cleaning at th excuse of upon request that they did not even mention
just felt like i was eating breakfast in a bar/ lounge. not ideal but oh well kinda feeling.

kids have fun in pool
very clean and staff was amazing from the house keeps to the cooks, breakfast was very good my kids loved it
convenient location when visiting irvine, large bathroom worked well for young kids
ended up paying 50 bucks for 3 ice cream bars and two meat and cheese snack trays for hungry kids late evening

tv in my kids room didn t work had to chande anda my hair dryer in my room didn t work they brought me a
good tv with great channels and on demand movies for the kids

this was a weekend trip and we had little kids who wanted to swim
put us in room 715 directly above the nightclub, two kids and a grandma didn't get to sleep until 1:30 am,
pm and they started what sounded like a domestic disturbance with several adults shouting and kids crying and

is near disney so there can be lots of kids (ie running and yelling), i i was near the pool so what do you expect
commotion but close enough you aren't driving forever to get there especially with excited kids
