we don t have kids-but kids were excited in the morning and we could hear them in the hall

i wasn t expecting that either so i probably won t stay there anymore especially with having kids the free
wifi none available!
i got a 4th floor room with pool view & loved it couch was nice
the bar and breakfast bar reopening

this was a weekend trip and we had little kids who wanted to swim
pm and they started what sounded like a domestic disturbance with several adults shouting and kids crying and
put us in room 715 directly above the nightclub, two kids and a grandma didn't get to sleep until 1:30 am,
room service slow. had to call twice, multiple times.
of room service is insane 2 coffee for 26$

we liked the fancy modern feel to it! the kids liked the food shopping area.
bed linen has a smell, like a kids bed, pee smell and body odor.
they stuck me between a family with 2 screaming kids on one side and 18 year old soccer players on the other
also loved the pool experience and hanging out near the water slides our kids loved it
were dozens of kids running around making noise and the management team was not very responsive

very crowded and too many kids allowed to 'handle the food'
staff especially the lead was grumpy and whenever we ask him for extra food items for the kids he look at us
can't bring breakfast to your room, which is really not that big of a deal but my kids didn't want to get up
there was some kind of kids sports tournament going on that weekend, so it was a bit loud
3 of 5 days they decided to close the waffle maker. my kids weren't happy

amazing for family and kids
the rooms were quiet and soundproof so our kids didn t seem to disturb anyone
kids slides are only open for 4 hours a day.

my kids and i had a wonderfully relaxing fun time
our kids are 9 and 11, so the extra space, big beds and balcony was much appreciated
restaurant needed more staff and water slide needed to be open longer with the amount of kids present

this hotel as a romantic getaway, but too many kids running around the hotel and playing in the pool
sharp furniture edges for younger kids may be problomatic
the showers were also a plus since honey and i had planned a trip with no kids they
s a tough time right now however guests need to remember kids don t need to see/hear drunken shenanigans
room was awesome, view was awesome, and my kids loved everything about it!!

very clean and staff was amazing from the house keeps to the cooks, breakfast was very good my kids loved it

enjoyed using the hot tub but too many kids using it and without supervision
not enough kids activities. no compassions at all when guests encounters difficulties
staff was very accommodating with our kids and the shuttle and golf cart drivers went above and beyond to give
the prompt service whether at the pool, spa or needing directions.
price is a bit steep no breakfast included for the price
