put us in room 715 directly above the nightclub, two kids and a grandma didn't get to sleep until 1:30 am,
this was a weekend trip and we had little kids who wanted to swim
pm and they started what sounded like a domestic disturbance with several adults shouting and kids crying and
outside bar - not enough comfortable seating and happy hour ended too early
spa could be slightly bigger, needs more of a wow factor.

staff was very accommodating with our kids and the shuttle and golf cart drivers went above and beyond to give
enjoyed using the hot tub but too many kids using it and without supervision
not enough kids activities. no compassions at all when guests encounters difficulties
great location, room, pool, service, ocean and golf course views!

pool was great for my kids
couch bed for my kids had blood stains all over it, we did not end up using it my kids slept on the floor
loved having a separate bedroom from our kids.
also the windows were weak, could hear the street noise below and kids in the pool from 7 stories up
pool was closed. no mention when i booked room. cable was not working. kids not happy

were dozens of kids running around making noise and the management team was not very responsive
they stuck me between a family with 2 screaming kids on one side and 18 year old soccer players on the other
bed linen has a smell, like a kids bed, pee smell and body odor.
also loved the pool experience and hanging out near the water slides our kids loved it
we liked the fancy modern feel to it! the kids liked the food shopping area.

allergies attack also, we are given a room where near the pool, across and upstairs there are kids running
nice pool
pool shallow and cold breakfast is way too expensive and is not good with a very long wait for food
nice room, decent size with good price. there is a heated pool and a spa which is awesome.

tv in my kids room didn t work had to chande anda my hair dryer in my room didn t work they brought me a
we don t have kids-but kids were excited in the morning and we could hear them in the hall
good tv with great channels and on demand movies for the kids
didn't sleep because there was kids running up and down the hall and our neighbors were banging on the walls

i wasn t expecting that either so i probably won t stay there anymore especially with having kids the free

i got a 4th floor room with pool view & loved it couch was nice
the lady at the coffee shop and kitchen staff are really helpful too

check-in they tell you there is an adult pool and kids pool
excellent place for all ages kids, adults and beach

our kids are 9 and 11, so the extra space, big beds and balcony was much appreciated
my kids and i had a wonderfully relaxing fun time
restaurant needed more staff and water slide needed to be open longer with the amount of kids present
the pool is great for kids and adults and the outdoor bar is
hot tub was cold and there was lots of little kids playing in. it could not relax.

no chairs left by the pool massive families with tons of young kids everywhere
the showers were also a plus since honey and i had planned a trip with no kids they
pool staff kids are not well trained to wait on you
are a lot of kids at the resort so if you're bringing your family it's great, if you're looking to get away to

the staff was awesome the room is pleasantly very clean ,the free breakfast was very good the kids love it
very crowded and too many kids allowed to 'handle the food'
3 of 5 days they decided to close the waffle maker. my kids weren't happy
can't bring breakfast to your room, which is really not that big of a deal but my kids didn't want to get up
good location, easy to find and easy 10 minute drive to beach. nice pool for kids.
