kids have fun in pool
very clean and staff was amazing from the house keeps to the cooks, breakfast was very good my kids loved it
ended up paying 50 bucks for 3 ice cream bars and two meat and cheese snack trays for hungry kids late evening
convenient location when visiting irvine, large bathroom worked well for young kids
and a couple of times leaving for breakfast and going to the pool had to wait every time about 10 minutes for

i wasn t expecting that either so i probably won t stay there anymore especially with having kids the free
so it is sad as the bar area or downstairs area looks like a nice place to have a drink socialize after a long
pics of outside area were misleading (no cushions on chairs, fire pit not operational, limited pool access)

the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. the wifi also exceeded my expectations.

allergies attack also, we are given a room where near the pool, across and upstairs there are kids running
wifi is too slow. and they used to charge extra parking fee. i have to call to claim it back.
i was needing a hot food snack bar or restaurant.
pool shallow and cold breakfast is way too expensive and is not good with a very long wait for food
balconies. free wifi. free parking. yay.

it was late and cold and we had kids
is near disney so there can be lots of kids (ie running and yelling), i i was near the pool so what do you expect
the breakfast was great, having small kids that wake up early and being able to get some good breakfast in;
my kids loved that they had waffle makers
hot items like eggs, sausage, & waffles cereal and oatmeal or even cereal or yogurt for the kids

we liked the fancy modern feel to it! the kids liked the food shopping area.
bed linen has a smell, like a kids bed, pee smell and body odor.
also loved the pool experience and hanging out near the water slides our kids loved it
were dozens of kids running around making noise and the management team was not very responsive
they stuck me between a family with 2 screaming kids on one side and 18 year old soccer players on the other

pool is fun for kids
the pool in under construction so my view from my room was of construction but i'm not upset about it
the alarm clock was set for 5 am and a knock on the door at 7am with a room service order for another room in
the restaurant and baggage/shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful
no laundry on site.

town for work, it was late at night and i was tired so i tried to check in with just me and the kids, but i had
kept saying i don t know where the fire is or if it s a false alarm in front of my three kids
i liked how they had cabanas to lounge in while the kids played in the pool
beds are little, should be for kids only

i understand kids are kids however a screaming crying baby all night in not
laundry facilities too which was great with kids
it was a family trip and everyone was smoking weed and i couldn t and wasn t going to let the kids be around

kids loves the tiny pool and hot tub
breakfast is appreciated but doesn't have much for kids such as pancakes or waffles
we went to breakfast tuesday august 12 me, wife, and kids at 9:10am and the breakfast was closed
party in the pool for adults so i couldnt take my kids the first day.
they cleaned room every day kids liked the pool breakfast was the same all 4 days

great breakfast nice lobby had a nice christmas feel and they played christmas movies for the kids clean rooms
the crayons and coloring pages out for the kids and morning cartoons on the tv in the breakfast area
was delicious, the waffle making area was congested with kids so i wasn't too happy with that because we waited
they eventually figured out it was for the room next to us, but not before waking up the kids
loved that the pool area had a shallow pool for kids

had to ask front desk to have kids keep noise down at 11:45pm
welcoming , not told how to handle room service or needs of room
bad clog sink, dirty bed sheets and no room service.
the staff was very friendly i should ve been advised and mainly because of renovations, no wifi, i just have
not clean, no microwave, refrigerator was working but was missing one of the legs and no swimming pool

the staff there though were awesome and helped with keeping the kids entertained
2 miles from the disneyland security/entrance, which is definitely walkable (20-25 minutes with kids), but the
price are great & rooms are clean. traveling with teenage kids are great.
noisy neighbors with kids. this must mean that the walls are pretty thin if i can hear them.
we had a great stay, we got 3 queen beds for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids.
