location is amazing, the original spa dates back to 1843 although of course it is now completely modern and well
this hotel, superb breakfast, lovely big room and a bathroom with bath and shower, perfect stay
bedroom very hot, without ac basic breakfast

the heated pool, in cloudy days, was very appreciated by us all, specially the children

nadia also gave us some gifts for our kids and was always going beyond to help us with our little one
petit palace arana has a perfect location, as we could walk to many sites: guggenheim, funicular,
loved everything. except for the bad wifi signal inside the room.
