great bar and cafe, cocktails and brunch in the morning were perfect

also the bar staff are so nice

the bedsheets, bath, toiletries and mini bar - all the little touches of a 5* hotel in a cosier and more unique

bar and staff are amazing, fantastic decor, great vibes and really friendly staff

i contacted a virus the day before our arrival at the hotel and the hotel kindly facilitated an early check in

staff were lovely, excellent location, room service for food.

perhaps more choice of coffee in the room and extended room service menu

there was free wifi, a safe, ironing board and tea and coffee facility in the room

was unfortunate that the music & chatter from a night club or bar was, very loud from 8pm till almost 4 am the

kids door being kickedd by the thugs fighting in the hall way

the desk in the room is grossly inadequate, with a small plastic chair which resembles a kids school chair

room service however whatsapped the hotel for extra pillows and toilet roll and had an instant

location, clean and well equipped room, good bar and dining facilities and friendly and helpful

unlike some 5 star hotels the bar stayed open to 2am in the morning

very dated fittings , duvet and curtains breakfast was chaotic , young kids trying their best , food cold, no

onsite parking in an area where parking is difficult to find and expensive

the shooter had very low water pressure and the wifi was very weak in our room on the 2nd floor.

kids were left hungry

plenty of parking very quite and peaceful

you do not serve pints, would be nice to have a bar in a lounge so you can just chill out at the bar and have

a few insects in the rooms; the crane flies freaked the kids out a little.

farm style b&b, horses on the property, beautiful fields surrounding, and my kids loved the zip line

came to brittons farm with our 2 years old son to explore the bath area and attractions for kids and adults

if have to pick something kids play area could be modernised a touch.

group consisted of two sets of parents and two kids, aged 12 and 8

loved our suite with separate sleeping rooms for the kids. beautiful resort and grounds.

grounds are lovely staff very friendly and accommodating especially for families with little kids

g kids have own room, rather than one large bedroom or someone sleeping in the living room

spa -- it was more a swimming pool + sauna that was overwhelmed with kids most of the day (some openingly talking

as a family of four( two daughters aged 6 and 8) booked two separate rooms, of course kids room was the same

up that the pool is only open to kids aged 12 and above which we hadn t realised

my kids loved it

i hope that kids could use pool for longer, currently only 0900-1000 and 1600-1700 2

view -no elevator -the kids under 16 not alaoud -to many things in the night table -small

they met all our needs, they were so sweet to our three wild kids and even brought them some bread for fishing
