enjoyed using the hot tub but too many kids using it and without supervision
staff was very accommodating with our kids and the shuttle and golf cart drivers went above and beyond to give
not enough kids activities. no compassions at all when guests encounters difficulties

was overpriced for being a mile away from the beach- a room service burger was $27, kids sliders at the pool
there is no 'adult' pool it was filled with little kids
the staff were beyond accommodating, especially lori at the front desk/reception (my kids adored her), jorge

were dozens of kids running around making noise and the management team was not very responsive

couch bed for my kids had blood stains all over it, we did not end up using it my kids slept on the floor
the swimming pool was great and the kids loved the workout room
also the windows were weak, could hear the street noise below and kids in the pool from 7 stories up

their breakfast menu was wonderful with many items to choose from
is friendly, 24 hours available, facilities and stuff to do were nice : pool table, ping pong, gym, jaccuzi,
