the 'big kids' were taking everything, pushing past the little ones
staff was welcoming and amazing things for kids to spend time with

the staff were beyond accommodating, especially lori at the front desk/reception (my kids adored her), jorge
there is no 'adult' pool it was filled with little kids
staff is very friendly, resort is clean, food is great, several activities for kids in the kids club or kids
was overpriced for being a mile away from the beach- a room service burger was $27, kids sliders at the pool

no kids pool available, no kids playroom
i had booked 4 garden suites which were great easy access to the pool, which is 24hrs
an empty pool their rule is only 1 towel per guest
the view is amazing the location the gym
just wish the gym and the shops were open

we ordered breakfast everyday it was fast and the food was good the kids loved it
be the camp experience for kids could be better, it s maybe an area the staff could work on it in order to
too many kids in the pool. would've liked to have an adult pool.

the pool and the pool area was packed with loud and noisy kids
later, we laid by the pool (which is nice, tons of kids though just an fyi for those looking for more of an
goff cove beach is a must if you have little kids which is down the path to the right of the resort
so beautiful- fun for kids & adults
the hotel is pet friendly and they treated my little puppy like a guest also

yet spent all night listening to the traffic on the freeway and kids rrunning up and down the hall above us
typical beach town where parking is always difficult if you venture more than a couple of blocks
don t eat the breakfast laundry littering the hallway, broken beds,food left in freezer in room
the location is perfect and having a dedicated parking spot was convenient
also delicious breakfast and lots of tissues available

requested two double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, only offered room with a king.

peaceful but the weekend nights we couldn't enjoy ourselves at the pool area because of all the kids
thoughtful attention to details. quiet. no kids running down hallways.
i will def be going back there with my kids again

enjoyed using the hot tub but too many kids using it and without supervision
staff was very accommodating with our kids and the shuttle and golf cart drivers went above and beyond to give
not enough kids activities. no compassions at all when guests encounters difficulties

pm and they started what sounded like a domestic disturbance with several adults shouting and kids crying and
this was a weekend trip and we had little kids who wanted to swim
put us in room 715 directly above the nightclub, two kids and a grandma didn't get to sleep until 1:30 am,
spa opens at 10 which is too late. no access to steam room until 10.

was really clean and staff were really nice i stay there for two nights with my kids and they love it specially

the room key to room 243 did not work the first time i had my two kids and bags and had to go back down to the
i finally couldn t take it anymore i feel like if i m paying 300 for a night i want me and my kids to feel
loved having a separate bedroom from our kids.
