kids portion for adult price

very small, one bed was a sofa bed which was uncomfortable and the queens bed is very high for kids to reach

we have been to whitby which was great day out with kids

we all (2 adults and 2 kids) tried the pool in the morning and enjoyed a lot

most of the lights in the room didn't work and the wifi was very spotty. the

the tv, bathroom door didn t close, fire alarm going off at 1am, scared the life out of the kids so we ended

was there for a spa weekend and it was spoilt by kids taking over the pool and jacuzzi

no morning supervisor and lots of poorly trained kids wandering around doing an inadequate job

great for a stop off on a long journey and great to have the pool for our kids to have a swim in and work off

asked for extra cleaning as got kids with allergies,but room was dusty,specially beds around pillows and carpets

garlic sauce, very expensive for what it was, and wouldn't recommended that particular meal, kids enjoyed the

very large room, foosball table in reception was fun with the kids.

our room was for two adults and two kids (8 & 5) and it wasn t really big enough

in the restaurant but the hotel manager set up the conference room with colouring books for the kids which was

great location, easy to access and good amount of parking.

excellent dinner and breakfast

when we came back from our day out the place was totally trashed kids running

the pool itself was great for us with little kids, it was warm and fairly small but deep enough

radiators in full blast during night. 3 kids too hot.

needs replacing as does the stairwell , wedding on so got room next to family with young kids very noisy, woken

kids running amok from a wedding, making a nuisance of themselves in various corridors, went on for

the sofa bed for our two (growing) kids was a little small but we appreciate it would be difficult to get two

walking around the street with all your luggage isn't good when you have 2 kids in tow

plus, along the beach there is playground for kids with separate swimming pool for only kids

the room heater on for our arrival, the room was the closest room i have ever stayed it and the kids had to

parking spaces had to drive around to try to find somewhere to park with additional costs incurred

our kids' room was not next to our (parents') room.

room, awkward shaped bathroom, fitness suite was smaller and less obulant than described and had kids swimming

kids thought it was posh as the suite we were in was very big

pancakes on the breakfast buffet would make the kids happier

of food i gave a 10 pound tip it was that nice breakfast was amazing booking again to bring kids

we had kids in the room beside us and the walls are thin, so lots of noise from 7am from next door, doors

i work very hard to earn the amount of money they charge and on a night away from the kids, i want a bath and

at this property on our way from scotland to scarborough to break the journey up for the kids

if you'd had some kind of kids play area, it would have been the cherry on the cake but we can't have everything

it was dirty, mouldy and i didn't feel comfortable having my kids stay there.
