had noisy neighbour with kids that made it slightly uncomfortable in the morning at 7:40 to 9 impossible to

a big shopping mall is 5 minutes away by car so kids are covered with food (or you with a porto or a beer)
booked a family room for a couple and 2 kids (11 and 6 years old)

reception and the bar helped to store food and to heat up things (essential when travelling with kids) the staff

absence of outdoor play facilities for kids given that the hotel has a lot of outdoor space
a really nice and big family room /apartment, well enough space for everybody (two adults, three kids)
