traveling with kids and in a covid situation, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful.
the cups in your room were plastic and looked they came out of a kids kitchen set

people need to be aware that those windows are dangerous for kids since the uppermost floor is on 8th
if you're not picky with decor and want functionality (kids) this is the hotel for you

kids had to sleep on a pull out sofa and they did not sleep very comfortable
the kids enjoyed using the pool and the pool table

there is a lovely rooftop pool that we were allowed to use even after check out
room was clean and serviced daily, the white hotel theme and wifi technology for the doors sets it apart from

we had lots place visited that's ours first time ans we know we will be back next time with our kids

the kids' area is only open on sundays, and the pool isn't covered, in raining days couldn't enjoy it
was excellent staff were fantastic particularly nuno reizezo at the spa bar pool area
rooms are spacious with comfortable beds
