unable to leave window open due to bar next door which was not as issue at this time of year but imagine would

local people were coming enjoying the pool and the sauna paying 20 euros per entrance and we felt sometimes

i wanted to order fresh milk to my room for my kids and was told that the hotel has no fresh milk
chose this hotel as it was one of the few 5-star in the area with a kids club
quality was good but the menu was a bit boring (add more seafood or local food) kids pool was full of pool algae

on the positive side, the cleaning lady was wonderful and surprised the kids by making little towel cakes,

kids are allowed to use indoor pool until 1pm and outside pool for whole day
more shade as it’s super hot and sunny would be better if it was an adult only pool as the kids are rather

only problem i can think of was the shower in the gym

to ask 3 times for a flashing lightbulb to be changed (a defect that was never remedied) and my laundry was left

we had adjoining rooms so our kids were connected to our room which was so great
didnt enjoy the large families with kids running round in the pool area

the front desk college age kids couldn't be bothered to smile, be the first to say something much less

my kids were always excited to come back each day and see that the room had been cleaned and the bed
group of kids were staying there so few minutes it got noisy and long lines for elevators for a short time
1. no safe in the room. 2. laundry service should be always available and instant.
