we are with a group of friends with kids and they loved the swimming pool
we found an amazing kids park within monsanto forest
big rooms, very clean, good breakfast. the kids liked the pool.
great location if traveling as a family with kids by car and close to the zoo.
onsite restaurants good - however we were only given 1 kids menu option from 1 restaurant

not kids friendly
we were travelling with our kids (12y and 10y) and we had some uncomfortable situations
restrictions on when kids can use the pool was a negative for me.
spa area ruined on our final day by a teenager jumping in and out of the pool and kids in the jacuzzi
policy of allowing kids under 12 to use the leisure facilities only between 12 and 2 is disappointing

place, the facilities (sauna+jaccuzi+hammam), the magnificent swimming pool, as well as its superb place all
was nice to spend the afternoon by the pool and using the facilities such as the sauna with many external guests
local people were coming enjoying the pool and the sauna paying 20 euros per entrance and we felt sometimes

slowness of bar stuff at night
the pool is quiet and less busy than the beach if you prefer
the building and room was more than beautiful and the garden and pool was just perfect
but okay if it should be 10+ i missed the flipflops and the gym might be a little bigger

there were a lot of kids in the spa
thing that i didn’t like was the timing of the indoor pool for kids which was by 12:00 pm which is too early
of restaurants and timing of the pool for the kids my niece could not swim as the time allowed for kids was only
selection was great; staff was very attentive, in particular enil; great for family with young kids with playparks
location also was good for us that we have kids , it wasn’t noisy and it was close to shopping mall and easy

the front desk college age kids couldn't be bothered to smile, be the first to say something much less
my kids were always excited to come back each day and see that the room had been cleaned and the bed
group of kids were staying there so few minutes it got noisy and long lines for elevators for a short time

we had adjoining rooms so our kids were connected to our room which was so great
centre so we had to get cabs everywhere (fine as uber is super cheap) (i was travelling with 2 kids under 10)
felt like ibiza, with groups of kids drinking alcohol and being loud inside the pool
it's really more of a business hotel so no kids and the pool was a wonderful relief
ok for adults but kids need to be really careful around the seating area because they don’t tend to look

there is less to do for children, the hotel could consider a small kids corner for children to play quietly
