bed small , on number 4 was noise with loads of kids ( very bad)
staff did question my request for extra towels and then admonished my kids for jumping on the bed

the kids room had an unpleasant smell from time to time, which we informed the staff about but they
parking is in the next street therefore you need to travel with luggage or kids
our two teenage kids were given a very cool room with a mezzanine, which they very much appreciated
were always quite helpful with recommendations of places to eat and helped us find a place to do laundry

the extra plastic sheet for prtecting the matress from smalk kids was not comfortable
we were travelling with kids and they had a hard time falling asleep sometimes
helped with an upgrade when the room we had booked did not accommodate a family with 2 teenage kids even though
beds where too small and for the kids not comftable.

apartment, they could end up with strangers in the adjacent bedroom and the living room and kitchen is a common
as mentioned in the description it has a shared kitchen but we were unaware we had a shared apartment

amazing experience and the kids loved the outdoor adventure the restaurant was child friendly with a small indoor

the mini ramp was such a bonus for my kids
the loud music from the bar early in the morning doesn t make much sense to me
was not able to pay with card when you need to rent a surf board or use the gym
the 4-bed mixed dorm in the new building across the road, everything was nice, clean and new, the wifi was fast
