although the pool & other things were closed we were satisfied with comfort of the hotel & staff members

also on the 2nd day of the stay we got only 2 bath towels for 3 of us “ because they were doing laundry “

were kids running throughout the hallways and make noise so i know for sure rooms are very insulated but

move throughout the halls pretty clearly which wasn’t too bad except for a group of running kids

it had a restaurant, music and the rooftop bar had an amazing view of the city

we will go to this hotel again when we visit the kids in new jersey again

the room service people opened my door while we were still in bed because we got late checkout

if you want water, you need to come to the gym on the 1st floor and refill your bottle there

checkout was east, and shuttle was terrific

with 2 small kids in new jersey weather it was a horrible experience

my kids can’t stand dirty environments but they didn’t have a single complaint

of our late flights, and the receptionist went out of her way to help us with items from the bar which had just closed

the sofa was not comfortable nor representative for kids under 7, which felt every qioul in the mattress, unbelievable for this kind of establishment

close to the airport and a mall. the shuttle service 24/7
