i love the very professional, punctual free shuttle to air port

the shuttle from p4 was never on time. we had to wait for more than 30 minutes...

close to the airport and a mall. the shuttle service 24/7

the rooms was very clean service at the bar was perfect if i have to i will stay again

time of bar and food openings made us leave the hotel and look for something outside.

we had young kids and an early morning so had to cook mac n cheese in the foyer microwave

the check in staff was very accommodating with my requests for early check in and they came through

free shuttle to and from the airport, spacious rooms, gym and location.

i did order room service the food was good but pricey

this was a smaller hotel with a small lobby and small snack shop, gym, and standard breakfast

it was modern and clean for the most part had a gym breakfast wasn’t bad

pool no microwave the bar was never open no restaurant only for free breakfast the jazzy did not

there were gangs of kids on bikes that were tormenting guests with bats as they drove into the facility i spoke to the

although the pool & other things were closed we were satisfied with comfort of the hotel & staff members

the pool is under maintenance but things happen so it was fine with us

didn't like that the pool was freezing even they say it was heated

bed was very uncomfortable, elevator broke, room service breakfast was not worth the $

food was excellent and the pool is great. my kids had a great time
