you have to call for a pickup by the shuttle....they don't run on a schedule.

i slept through breakfast because the bed was soooooo comfortable, i just didn't want to get up

we went to have a drink at the hotel bar, and in the middle of our drink, two of our children came over to talk to us for a moment

7pm-12 there was two kids upstairs running and someone banging on the wall

flight was cancelled so i booked hampton i arrived 3 am so i asked for early check in and then the employee told me to pay 399 dollars and i refused because i paid

we had young kids and an early morning so had to cook mac n cheese in the foyer microwave

i booked which was disappointing but i did book last minute so i was tired and didnt want to lug kids and suitcases to another room

staffs was every helpful for accommodating early check in and late check out while we were there for the dance competition
