while we were there the weather was not very warm yet so pool etc

is was quickly rectified by

at breakfast especially, no soft music playing made it feel like you are walking into a funeral

nice garden and pool. close to bilbao. bathroom brand new and clean.

the pool was nice for cooling off but sometimes due to the size difficult to get in when other guests

quiet relaxed atmosphere, pool. suroundings, location for trips to bilbao and coastline.

also, there was the bonus of an ev charger in the hotel car park

arrived early and were delighted and grateful to be allowed an early check in

on one occasion we had room service, we didn t have to wait too long and it was delicious

location limited parking with max length as car goes in lift two ev charging points unfortunately you have to leave by 2pm so need to find another parking place for

the bar and the terrace has a nice view on the nervion river

haven’t try the breakfast, coz we usually do not enjoy buffet, but we have had an apero at the bar and food was good

gym was tiny with only a few machines squeezed in.

room service was below par the shower had mold on the sides and the drain was semi clogged and

excellent breakfast and tipps from receptionist; close to main atrractions and metro

the gym is a joke. is a very small room with no space for anything.

evening menu was limited in the restaurant but the lobby bar served good food.
