the pool was nice for cooling off but sometimes due to the size difficult to get in when other guests

staff were excellent, the hotel is high quality, the pool just right for a city hotel, good location for the city centre and

we were not met by concierge, no luggage racks in room, no way to indicate room occupancy, no spa/restaurant menu available in room, spa area not fully functional

the service in the bar the first night was terrible we waited 25 minutes for a drink which never came as they had
