mini bar and breakfast also very much a business hotel, for our young kids it was all fine but maybe a bit too formal

the service staff in the breakfast area were incredibly upbeat, friendly and helpful

we had to rotate the kids to minimize discomfort

attractions -kitchenette area was useful -breakfast was good -friendly and attentive staff -guest laundry was awesome to have -clean and

was really friendly either at the front desk so at the bar and always helpful and polite

if you have kids, check out the color factory which is only 2-3 blocks away

the second night, a large family group moved into the same rooms and their kids ran wild screaming in the hallways until 1 am

bathroom door - the transparent window should be replaced esp for those traveling with kids

the only thing was missing for me the space and the equipment of the gym

shower drips a bit if you don't use the overhead and are only using the attachment, the room service was good food but extremely pricey for what it is, the santal products smelled a bit

great as it in the center of soho and the hotel has a nice rooftop bar as well as a decent hotel gym

we arrived before 21:00 pm and there was nothing available to eat, not restaurant, bar food or room service

i ordered room service one evening and the meal was superb (albeit a bit pricey) (-)00 room service fee (+) staff is very friendly, room service is delicious (-) one of my room service hot dinner choices was delivered cold and no-one responded to my feedback (-)the room service food was not good. (-)two times that we ordered room service they forgot about us (+)room was great, the bed really comfy, and the restaurant for eating in and room service is (+) room service was fast (+) ordered the room service and food was fresh and warm in less than 30 minutes (+) my room service dinner was one of the best meals i have ever had via room service

wifi was free, but relatively slow -- ok for answering emails but not great for downloading files

i would skip the breakfast here next time. definitely not worth the extra money spent.

i went down to the bar after it was closing, the consierge brought a glass of wine to my room
