nice quiet and clean property. nice pool area too. our room had a kitchenette which was great.

breakfast needs to start earlier than 7 am, and the breakfast room needs to be much larger, with

clean room, refreshing pool, and delicious breakfast.

in regards to the facilities: the gym door that leads to the pool gets jammed and needs to be repaired, i could not get it to open

next to lots of shopping and dining, with access to gold's gym

really convenient, nice grounds (loved the massage chairs!). and a nice pool/spa area.

elevators didn't work because of the works, third floor room with two little kids and a lot of luggages - very inconvenient

a demonstration about pay outside the hotel at 7am on our first morning which woke up our kids reinforced that

we chose a suite to have space for our two kids and it worked really well

only things i think can be improved: more room in fridge as it’s used for mini bar but we didn’t need a mini bar; and the door for bathroom is a “barn-door” style door

to santa monica pier, super friendly staff, nice rooms, great breakfast, kids loved the swimming pool and we got some bikes to discover venice beach

from arrival, the common areas, the shop, the living room, the pool, is beautiful
