comfort , laundry,fast room service

even the laundry rooms were bad

i liked having a bath tub extra towels and laundry

laundry with 24h access, big parking near hotel enter/exit

was not clean, was not safe, was not sanitary, staff was rude, not enough laundry for showers or pillows for bed, sheets had not been changed on beds, hair and other things

great location for golf and beach

fitness room was not usable pool area needs repairing pillows flat/horrible bathroom could do with

everywhere, no gym, no ice machines worked, told to go to the bar on the adjoining property to ask for it

we were allowed early check in with the fee waived

loved the plat area for the kids and the pool was very big and warm

that the pool was not working properly it was cold not heated

room was clean and everything worked perfect (ac, microwave, tv, wifi, etc) (+) the free wifi worked well too (+) the wifi is 5g so it's very reliable and fast (+) check-in was smooth and the wifi was good and strong

even the parking lot was clean and well kept

room service lady is really nice

when we found our room, the parking space in front of it was small, and there were 2 guys in a van in the next space smoking

parking spot was taken, there were pitbulls and riffraff partying all day and night

was granted late check out

next to elevator, ice machine and laundry

one night there was a snow storm and the parking areas were all cleared very quickly

the hot tub/spa was under construction in the pool area and didn’t look good

pleasant staff everywhere, to the fully equipped facilities like the large swimming pool, sauna, fitness center and even laundry and cool vending machines

pool fantastic, great hot breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, and very good location to walk the dog too in the back

applebee's connected to property. pool fun for kids close to downtown newport.
