our room was stuck between a guy cooking on a grill in the middle of the parking lot who was pretty much having a party there were six other people with him and the woman

was noisy, people in parking lot being loud, well into night & early morning construction next door

including repaving the parking lots

room service lady is really nice

even the parking lot was clean and well kept

great location for golf and beach

one night there was a snow storm and the parking areas were all cleared very quickly

the room had plenty of pillow options and the pool/gym were super clean and

gym area too small- stairwell reeked of stale cigarette smoke

was not clean, was not safe, was not sanitary, staff was rude, not enough laundry for showers or pillows for bed, sheets had not been changed on beds, hair and other things

manager was extremely nice and very good with the kids she was right on top of getting us extra towels and checking us

night coming back hotel front doors were locked and worker at door letting us in saying trouble kids were in the area

with kids should be on first floor so their jumping around in am when trying to sleep doesn’t affect

couldn’t swim with the kids despite rainy days
