there were workers in parking lot little uncomfortable but i know they were working

location was great. breakfast was good. short ride to have drinks on the water wirh son.

great location for golf and beach

night coming back hotel front doors were locked and worker at door letting us in saying trouble kids were in the area

with kids should be on first floor so their jumping around in am when trying to sleep doesn’t affect

couldn’t swim with the kids despite rainy days

was granted late check out

the quick breakfast options and the morning coffee and tea

breakfast was good the location of the beach was great.

we had a full kitchen, with plates, cookware, everything you would need and then some

tried to order room service on saturday morning, but no one answered

was perfect except when we ordered dine-in room service

also, there are a ton of free options on the tv for movies in your room, and the wifi is free

no reason for the pool/spa/gym to be closed.

wifi was not working in our room. they tried to fix it,.

fitness center is small (but adequate- treadmill, elliptical, 2 stationary bikes) and too warm-

pleasant staff everywhere, to the fully equipped facilities like the large swimming pool, sauna, fitness center and even laundry and cool vending machines

too many noisy kids in the pool so our teen wasn’t interested.

kids love the make your own waffle station and indoor pool

applebee's connected to property. pool fun for kids close to downtown newport.

from the location and accommodations to the staff and the delicious breakfast, it was beyond outstanding

the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. perfect breakfast.

room was very nice, clean, and spacious

breakfast was a little skimpy but there's enough places around, that didn't matter for us.

including repaving the parking lots

was noisy, people in parking lot being loud, well into night & early morning construction next door

parking spot was taken, there were pitbulls and riffraff partying all day and night

our room was stuck between a guy cooking on a grill in the middle of the parking lot who was pretty much having a party there were six other people with him and the woman

room service lady is really nice
