the pool was cool but so refreshing

the pool is beautiful and well maintained

a small thing: the pool has no lights at night (although this may be done on purpose because of the insects)

the pool is excellent as well as the opportunity to have a massage and yoga

dining service closes at 19pm which is quiet early, no bar service, consequently we prefered to spend the night in the village instead ( maricao)

fresh air, up in the mountains, with a pool, and . beautiful view, what's not to like.

didn't swim in the pool, but it was large, looked clean, and felt like a reasonable temp

could use food and a bar on the property . would have loved a cocktail by the pool.

the location was great, the room, the views of the mountain and the pool, though i didn't use it but it was nice

the room service was very sharp and good

staff were excellent, providing suggestions, helping with parking and laundry

i had emailed in advance and was told we could do our laundry at the hotel

streaming services, there was no clothing steamer (though the cleaning staff did provide a great laundry service for tips), the odor of the chemicals used to unclog the shower saturated the room

he went above and beyond from local excursion recommendations to laundry and finding a coffeemaker, he is legit made of exemplary service

they let us do our laundry, super helpful

the bar and restaurant were not open as advertised

like the pool area the, sport area and the kids play area, the bar too and the life music on

no bar no restaurant no small fridge in the room
