very small pool

there is no parking space for customers we have to park far and move the car to the front of the hotel when

it's not that i didn't like it but i wish there were a private parking on the hotel premises.

parking facilities are not good

parking kinda sucks but its a nice quite area

can party all nite by the family oriented pool says the bar tender (jonathan)

the pool is awesome for kids

comfortable bed. great music at the bar / pool. good experience.

was not aware of the extra charge for our pets (dogs) and don't understand why is the charge for cuz there is

no coffee or drink available. at least a machine is advised. wifi is weak to bad.

no relief area for pets

the staff are very nice and helpful and they did not charge me anything extra for my pet

they even allowed me to use their laundry facilities free of charge

historical architecture, the staff and how helpful they were, the fact that i can do my own laundry on site

loved that it was pet friendly.

there were a couple of restaurants and full bar on site an a large video game room and pool tables

the coffee from the mini bar inside was also great

and parking wasn t of her liking because she needed to be talking to other staff members at the bar across

right around the main square with plenty of places to eat, a casino that plays salsa at night and night life

ability to use the melias pool (hotel across the plaza) was nice

pool open 24/7 all areas all clean

the balcony had acces to the pool and beach area

in las plamas excelent service of alexandra and in the pool areas julio

very family oriented and great entertainment for kids.

not properly designed for any kind of retreat - commercial type laundry working right below the rooms

the pool was cool but so refreshing

wifi and limited cell service - however this added to the peaceful secluded vibe

it has not air conditioning, wifi, and you can t buy any drinking sodas etc

no fridge, unstable wifi, unpaved road

didn't like the pool hours

wifi or tv, but our stay was just after a hurricane and we understood they were running on

no bar or food service after 3pm

could use food and a bar on the property . would have loved a cocktail by the pool.
