pool not cleaned in morning and lots of bugs, lots of trash in retention pond behind pool at hotel,

it was very clean and had very comfortable beds...extra bonus was the kitchen area....

had a suite with two queen beds because we were two parents with two kids

rooms are not isolated from the sounds, you hear the activities of the next-door neighbor, the parking light at

at time the music in the lobby/ bar area was very loud and can be heard on 2nd floor room

the drinks at the bar were expensive. that is is my only complaint.

everything was great, room was clean, water was hot , breakfast was good.

unbelievable that one of the staff behind the breakfast bar could not or would not speak english

room service was extremely late in the day.. after 5pm, fruit had mold
