room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, the room and the common areas were clean, the gym area nicely equipped for a small size gym, i really enjoyed my stay

hotel was super clean (the rooms, the check-in area, the pool), the front desk staff was excellent, the complimentary breakfast was tasty

and at night hours almost not usable for the kids n my

unbelievable that one of the staff behind the breakfast bar could not or would not speak english

we had asked for late check out and they only extended it for 30 mins

shower gel in the room only soap, yuk no room service menu had to have it delivered only decaff coffee pods in
