location with kids was not ideal for getting around to restaurants as we were staying for a night before our

i loved the free laundry room and the staff was awsome from front desk to housekeeping

the room was spacious enough, clean, good wifi, strong water pressure, plenty of hot water

hospitality manager and shuttle driver was excellent

breakfast was ok. location was good.

although the rooms where clean, there where traces of pet hair on the carpet.

easy to find excellent customer service wonderful hot breakfast

wi-fi downstairs at the entrance but couldn't walk beyond the foot of the stairs because i lost wifi connectivity

if you are pet friendly hotel, you need to be extremely careful with the cleaning

unfortunately, i did not have time to eat breakfast, my flight was early in the morning

nice grass area to get your pet out on

awesome gym

not a big deal for us but if you're walking as a senior adult or with kids, be careful for trips and falls due

cost of room service

the bar inside customer service

i really wanted to use these facilities for my kids so they can get a bit tired before our long flight to asia

traveled with a group of 8, several of which were young kids

the wifi is trouble some in this hotel

and, they would not stop the kids from running up and down the hallway, even after 11pm

had a very late arrival so i figured i didn't wanna schlep around with my kids in a taxi, etc

very close to the airport easy to find. free parking. comfortible bed.

lighting and parking outside

the bathroom was unfinished with a broken handle and only a bar of facial soap provided

location, the price, the parking availability, the friendly, welcoming staff, the overall experience was present

ideal location right by the airport , many eateries around, nice parking.

laundry service

the tv and wifi were not working in the room and were never fixed or attempted to fix

everything was great we didn t have chance to visit the gym

really could upgrade the stay with a better gym set up. also coffee in rooms.

the wifi was poor and the tv would black out and loose sound

also, the gym has a goofy, pretty much unusable cybex machine

was amazing , staff attentive , bar menu for late night apps wasn t very full of very good

huge respect to tammy at the bar she was the best

for a night but the rooms were fine, breakfast was good, valet parking was efficient and the kids used the pool

the gym exceeded my expectations, it was big with plenty of equipments

parking area

no breakfast and couldn't connect the tv to the wifi only one elevator working

it also had an ihop restaurant across the parking lot

newly renovated, easy to get to/from airport, free parking

liked the walking area behind the hotel around the golf

didnt have time to use the gym but its a nice

loved the inside pool and the golf course views

cleanliness, close to airport, friendly staff, indoor pool, and good breakfast

t find it, the supervisor dressed very unprofessionally came and ordered me to take one of my kids off it

it has parking and it s close to the down town

breakfast choices, lovely room and laundry facilities

the parking needs to be fix

the parking spot is free

small room wifi didnt work

parking is tight

parking was easy too

parking

i love the buildings, the trees, the bamboo the bar set up is the open seating outside and inside would highly

better pool area

one other thing that was nice is they have their own gated parking lot

and i was up high in a building off to the side, where there was no wifi

the kitchen is very functional with a stove, microwave, and a full size fridge and freezer

towards the end of stay wifi didn t work

there is a fully equipped kitchen, fridge with ice maker, table and chairs and a couch

is expensive and the kitchen was not well appointed

while pet friendly, there are no pet spots at this hotel, some nearby seem like neighbors property but

superb pool and gym area

pet friendly (no pet fee)

clean and spacious property with fantastic pool.

the building is pet friendly as i have mentiend, which is a good thing, but the building, at least the floor

and visible staffing; massive gym; impressive roof deck; clean design elements of the room and common areas;

beautiful view, pool area

feels like home specially laundry part in building is a life saver when you are traveling long and with

think they should put more utensils in the kitchen because there were two folks and one spoon

the breakfast was very good to and all the facilities

the pool bar closes earlier than scheduled

wifi internet access was down, window curtain interfered with wall unit a/c, small sink in room

wifi did not work anywhere in the hotel

wifi

so i m guessing it s just the housekeeping shredding or the laundry people

location and lobby was quite nice. having free wifi

the wifi late at night was slow.

i had to nitpick, i would say that the gym could use an addition or two, because it has enough room for it

breakfast was good, and their bar food was excellent

all the shared facilities were really nice with designer furniture, the gym was well equipped, the staff were

room is very clean, common areas like restorans, bars, pool, gym, reception has amazing enterior and decor

friendly check in. accommodated early check in. chocolate chip cookies. fine wifi. big tv

rooftop pool and the location.

clean room fast check in and out location nice bar and pool

it was very modern and it had a nice pool.

the gym

staff helpful and glad they have early check in option

one of the websites stated that there was self-service laundry

we had early check in and late check out which albeit expensive (150 total) was very convenient and

hotel had all the basics and allowed early check in for a fee

very techy and loved the gym

i called the front desk to see if i could have a late check out and i was informed i needed to check out an

in addition, the gym needs to be upgraded

i did a late check out and they helped
