couldn’t early check in

just for the f1 race days… the locations was close to the shuttle station… the charged me for early check in 50$ and 20$ for make my check out a couple of minutes later… the hotel is terrific

like a weekly hotel, no early check in, will not keep your luggage prior to check in time, was not satisfied with the

staff fantastic, room was as described, pool was a bonus. on a bus route straight into town

pool, such a cool vibe, big room with really comfy beds, breakfast and coffee was decent, and all

hospitality plus pool hours location

no microwave and the pool closes early.

parking, location was fantastic, the pool and art was exceptional and all the staff especially the cuban man at the front desk were all

liked that the rooms came with a full kitchen which allowed me to cook the four days we had to be there instead of buying food everyday

of the main features for me is that you have washers and dryers i booked this so i could do my laundry in peace and comfort

the kitchen is too small and i prefer bedroom not everything out in one open space.

the facility had a laundry room but only 2 of each and both were used every time i checked

i loved the kitchen area, the bed was so comfortable

was about to get over with that issue, next one pops up, ac wont work and at 2am in the midnight kids are running in the whole way, i called the reception they did nothing, i had to walk outside

has shop, coin laundry, cafe (tho no one answered when i called to order on sunday 8pm)

breakfast was quite good with all the items one would expect in a typical american breakfast menu

we like also the swimming pool and the gym, which we enjoy during our stay

there's also a pool in the hotel

had a shuttle that ended at midnight and still came and got us at 11:55p.

the kosher breakfast was amazing!!

the kitchen staff was very friendly sandra stood out as particularly helpful

we absolutely loved the private beach area and that they provide a shuttle there

excellent service and delicious breakfast

it was really so much fun for the kids location is great near kosher food and shuls we loved that there’s also a shul in the hotel

the breakfast, but again you can t expect much more for the price

(fyi- no swimming pool, no room service (+) clean and room service (-)room service was terrible

ffee, fruit, toast, yogurt), just across the causeway from surfside proper

this made it easy to enter and leave and the get morning coffee and the nice breakfast

i didn t eat breakfast.

i really enjoyed the pool and the view!

the full kitchen, the washer and dryer and the second bedroom made this room totally worth what we paid

the gym is well equipped

room large and lots of hot water, wifi excellent.

we had two rooms which were adjoining which was a big positive for a family of four kids

the wifi is trouble some in this hotel

no restaurant. no room service.

it was a long trip, 24 hours, with two kids and at the very last layover i had this

services, tasha and jennifer at the restaurant were wonderful as well as the front desk, pool attendant and entire staff

the hotel pool was perfect too

hotel was half empty and they do not let you check in till after 3 pm, even if you have little kids

the restaurant and bar were overpriced.

didn’t like the fact that the pool wasn’t clean enough for my kids to go there and the gym need attention and it’s small but otherwise it’s

the facilities such as the play room, gym are very dark and stuffy, didn't look particularly well taken care of

all necessary kitchen utensils are available
