5 years ago i took my kids and they gad fun in the play room and pool but this time we were very upset that there was nothing for my kids

jacuzzi in the pool area wasn't working but as soon as we reported within minutes it was repaired up and running

my room was ok, but the room service didn t match the price

staff was polite and they gave us the room at 6am eventhough we did not ask for early check in

arrived late at night at mia and was really glad to only have a short walk to the hotel without leaving the

and, they would not stop the kids from running up and down the hallway, even after 11pm
