there was an endless supply of clear filtered water in the gym, so l could remain completely hydrated for free, and the exercise equipment was brand new and i

no bathtub for kids to take a bath however we did just fine

i was so busy exploring nyc that i didn’t get chance to check out the gym or other facilities - which i would have liked to have done

heating, laundry not clean, every equipement was broken, did not fix my heating and the housekeeping stole

also, i foolishly had my laundry done here since i am traveling in ny for an extended amount of time and i needed to have

breakfast serve only till 11am at the restaurant

their luggage storage system. early check in. late check out.

food situation wasn't great - the room service and the cafe were mediocre quality but very expensive

great gym and a vending machine outside it

imagine i have to stay in a room with wife and three kids with only one queen bed room

it was nice (and a surprise) to have a bathtub for kids as well

facilities were amazing and everything was just so impressive, from the staff to the gym to the breakfast

rooms (i recommend higher floors, it gets quieter above floor #12), amazing location, great room service, helpful (-)the food is horrible. the room service is subpar. (-) the room service menu had excessive prices

breakfast was delicious but very expensive, we would have preferred a buffet instead of a la carte

best coffee right in the hotel and a really cool bar on the 4th floor (did not know you could request a fridge until the end of our stay) as we took items out of mini bar to store our refrigerated goods (if you move the items, it is automatically charged to your (+) on top of that, the bar serves some really nice us wines by the glass, and the city view from the room was just great

location… super comfortable beds… helpful staff… early check in and late check out.

arrival i was upgraded from a queen room to a suit with a kitchen and a living room

i was traveling with one of my kids and the bunk bed room was perfect for that

good location close to times square, having the living area in the two bed pod pad was great, kitchen had a fridge freezer, hob and microwave- coffee machine but no kettle
