the receptionist was ok smiling . the bed was comfortable. wifi ok.

may be they can do a bit of effort toward the wifi. good connection, but a bit slow.

free parking and abundant parking

after finally getting up the people across the hall young kids were trying to get back in their room

then kids running up and down the hall

i stayed for 4 nights with kids and had no complaints

the free continental breakfast was great for the kids and reduced our meal expenses

parking is free, which is amazing, and they let us leave our car there the morning before check-in

parking spots were small, only good for a compact car

free parking is on property

there is also great portuguese restaurant nearby and gordon park for kids

i like the smoking rooms

starbucks in the hotel :) the gym is 24/7

the gym is very small and has lots of dumbbells but no barbells, and no machines whatsoever.

all the amenities especially the pool and jacuzzi and so clean

no room service but they did provide menues and suggestions where ro ordee from.
