spent our afternoons lounging by the beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi

from check in, to the waitresses, the shuttle bus drivers, the room service, even the guy that had to put on the hot tub jets

we were in town for work with our kids and got zero sleep, greatly affecting our next day of work

of them i had 6 kids with me so i needed two beds in ea room and that she had done one reservationfor one room with

had room service for a few days and sometimes the food was served cold

used laundry room

small laundry facility is handy

it has a little laundry room

i like the cleanliness and the safe feeling. the laundry on site was a plus.

bugs after the second day we returned home, we had to totally clean our bedroom and do all the laundry after our long trip to california

the pool and spacious rooms

if you are hoping for a nice swim, well there is a pool, but it is not heated

no shuttle service to cruise terminals. the breakfast was not good at all.

the breakfast was also delicious

good location. better than the nearby competition by far. has a real continental breakfast.

the pool was the best feature.

asked for the towels to be folded like animals for my kids and they made 4 animals and my kids loved

construction, gym was out of order, my room was canceled on me without any explanation and i was given a lesser

daily housekeeping service - has to be requested no room service room amenities very basic and not replenished unless requested - eg coffee laundry

bed,shower, pool, and balcony/rooftop were nice

spa facility was dirty and funky smelling like it hadn’t been cleaned in months very

it was very cold in the pool room

the decor is very sterile and the gym equipment was lacking

the room was very nice and there was even an indoor swimming pool but when we were the windows were open so it was too cold

we arrived very early and were allowed early check in

wifi signal our first night was nonexistent but second day it was back to normal.

there is no breakfast. wifi doesn't always work well. bathtub doesn't look good.

i asked for an early check in and they got us in

the roku tv had issues connecting to the wifi, but nothing major

kitchen, the location, the free laundry facilities and the nice common area/outdoor balcony

otherwise facilities were clean, there’s a nice laundry facility available and outdoor seating balcony next to it

did not like the laundry in the lounge/veranda

location was great, near the train station, the beach, and a cool bar downstairs which was featured in la la land

there is a bar underneath the building

no breakfast but pie n kevin were amazing

breakfast which is a charge is worth it

the continental breakfast was good

breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring long beach

i was told on the thursday prior to our stay by a female employee at the hotel that we could come early check in based on availability

they did help out and give us an early check in

owner very nice and accommodated us with early check in

we got quite an early check in for free and it made our entire trip 1000x better

didn't have a complaint but was told the breakfast on first day had under cooked potatoes but i ate at work

gym is limited - few machines, no free weights.

no early check in. staff terrible. rooms cheap and cold.

i called in the day before to request an early check in and it was done

site at motel was perfect for me was able do my laundry now can go home clean clothes saved me time having do it when got back home thanks so

desk staff was friendly and accommodated an early check in

that they let me do a late check out.

wifi and the internet did not work for three days and the stuff was not really helpful to have it

the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of parking space, and wifi functioned well

a neatly landscaped courtyard surrounds the outdoor pool and adds to the scenic balcony view

maybe if landscaping by the courtyard and pool area was kept up this hotel would be excellent

the laundry required many quarters, but the front desk can exchange bills for quarters

the room was quiet and the gym was well maintained

i went with my family with 2 kids and the hotel is not definitely recommended for the people who are family
