the pool area was disappointing but the restaurant and common areas over looking the ocean were amazing

staff was friendly, restaurant on site let us use kitchen to cook fish we caught

didn't like where the pool is located almost feel like it's in the parking lot

as my wife and i entered, not a single acknowledgement from them, even from the spa lady that's to the right

the room didn t have wifi

i loved the heated pool since it was on the cooler side when i was there

that there s no trash cans in the rooms or outside by the pool.

pool waiters had great service also

it was very relaxing and quiet when in the room and even outside by the pool

great pool area

no wifi in the rooms

the spa was great

the toilet cover of our room was broken the beds are very small, for my kids its alright but for my wife and

the pool

pool & jacuzzi felt very relaxing

we were unable to connect to wifi

am hours due to the location of rosarito nightlife- should be expected as you dont go to a bar to purchase

room service is amazing

mini bar

breakfast is always good. mini bar was a nice place to eat as well.

also, they have free parking

couldn't connect to wifi beach access was locked most of the time

wifi could be better, but it was not a problem since we were not in our room much.

not your typical hotel by the beach, but it has parking right next to your room

we were supposed to have parking next to our room and they gave it up to someone else and had to find parking

wifi only works when your in the buffet and the check in lounge also i don't know if it was just my

very clean. rooms are spacious. pool was excellent.

had us pay for breakfast for our kids which was a bummer and breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got

the wifi or the hot water goes out but the staff there will do their best to fix the situation

the food looked yummy and they had an omelette bar

amazing free breakfast and amazing staff.

didn;t have breakfast there

parking lot when full could be a little tricky

parking lot kinda small ,have a f-150

we weren't offered our breakfast coupons

parking was easy and close to my room

the daily breakfast was perfect, served quick with great servers who are friendly and accommodating

my kids loved it and we will be back

bed, non functional fireplace, pigeons and their droppings, bathroom tile, kitchen countertops and white

our kids loved the playground on-site and the driving range

how close the parking was to the rooms

individual suites with artistic mexican character, kitchens, fireplaces, comfy beds, lots of windows, and views

views are beautiful, friendly helpful staff the women in the outdoor kitchen area by the pool are wonderful

they have a bar by both pools

there was plenty of parking

plenty amenities and a lot of parking.

no room

place is very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and a lot of amenities

location, super clean, lots of space, good wifi, hot water and excellent water pressure

the living room and kitchen also share the same space so it s not that spacious

great location, ocean view really nice all l have to say we were all really happy including the kids we will be

no smart tvs, room service not available all times & days, no atms on property

wifi sucked and hot tub was not hot

t work, rooms are cleaned but they really aren t (room wasn t vacuumed or dusted), wifi is only

from the location to the room and staff was so nice plus the convenience of the restaurant the bar and the oxxo

didn't like that there was a fireplace, but not able to use it

the parking lot could be smoother and more level.

clean and wifi was good

our room was next to the gym was loud in the morning

when you choose the breakfast included option it s a really good breakfast

parking was underground

- available graded parking

tv worked, and i didn't ask about the wifi

loved the room space & restaurant room service

has decent breakfast

the place was very clean and sanitized daily! we felt safe. enclosed parking

breakfast was delicious

also secured parking for our vehicle

it has a good selection of amenities such as pool, gym, and a coin operated laundry

location with several restaurants within walkimg distance and even a cafe just outside the parking lot

is way too smail for someone who's planning to cook and mot spend money at restaurant each day, gym is lacking

the parking lot was small

close to shoping center, casino and stores, and the park

the service was great. rooms were clean. breakfast was delicious. ample parking

there was no room service on my first evening and was not notified of this by the front desk of this upon my

i liked the location cause it was right next to the casino.

no microwave,no fridge, the gym looked abandon

needs to improve on room service overall really good costumer service in the reseption.

enough lighting, no big mirror only a small one in the bathroom, continental breakfast is a joke, room service

also room service was great

i called room service and the receptionist said it was only him working so we had to wait about 3 hours for

attempted to order room service, but there are no restaurant menus in bedrooms

pool is wonderful the spa not warm enough

we got two rooms because it was my husband, me, our four kids and my sister

room was clean, bed very comfortable, different restaurants within walking distance and the bar in the lobby

day i had no tv, (wasn t working) and apparently if no tv service no wifi ud83eudd37ud83cudffb second

clean, breakfast included in cafe nearby, wonderful personal and location

wifi was unreliable and the tv didn't have anything to watch.

pricing was fair but a pet costs of an additional $10 per day made the whole package not nearly as attractive

breakfast great! location great!

staff, breakfast, location.

is old, there were no towels at arrival, no functional wifi, i couldn't pay by card, no remote and not many

parking was also a bit of hard

elevator in back was broken, had to walk down and back to/from parking area

parking lot is too small, doesn't have amenities like menu, ironing or laundring services, pool

breakfast was nice good in the patio

bar is

the gym has good equipment and the restaurant has good and economic food

size room; clean; comfortable beds; shuttle to the airport was prompt, with a nice van and helpful driver; nice

was a remodeling going on, in the entrance hotel, ballet parking was very slow.

cold desk staff, didn t accept cards as payment for food in house or at room service

room service is offered, but there are no menus in the room, so not sure how you're supposed to

everything the prices the room service

also the room service was super bad: the forgot requested items and brought them with in half hr apart from

much disturbing out side can sleep good all night people walk n talk loud it's too much n room service is poor

room service food , it was very cold and not good

room service was outstanding

never staying here again, it wasn t even 11pm yet and they declined room service

breakfast service was also stellar

breakfast was not included in the price

gym, jacuzzi and the sauna were a nice touch

access to the sauna and gym.

room service is great with good food at reasonable prices

good gym, jacuzzi

wifi service for over 50% of the time we were there, no signal on the tv and unable to connect to

didn t give us blanket, didn t have fireplace that it showed in the picture

wifi didn't work for me

the wifi is a lil on and off could be better shower could use a better drain

nice location nice breakfast selection

breakfast it s excellent and location as well

very clean free parking and free buffet for breakfast. cannot beat the price

comfy, close to everything, easy access, free parking, excellent breakfast.

also, there is a nice restaurant and bar from where you can watch the city go by outside

is my go to hotel when i travel with pets

maybe just the parking, really small and tight

kitchen was sparse with some dirty dishes

security, small kitchen in the room and the upstairs sun deck

i don't like all the rocks in the parking lot.

not enough parking space.

i liked that they provided complementary breakfast.

the location and the parking

bedding, we have to deal with a long night of noise and vibration since our room was above the laundry room and

wifi in the rooms wasn't really available, the beds were a little uncomfortable and the blankets

the rooms were quite small and the wifi was horrible

wifi didn't work in my room

smelled like cigarettes and was non smoking room

s wifi but it never worked no matter how many times you made sure you typed in correctly

the room was big all modern clean i loved the room the roof top was nice with the jacuzzi bar and seating area

everything from staff entrance bar rooms etc

roof top bar, gym and jacuzzi are all great

their room service also has a delicious menu

i had room service twice, the food was very good and nicely presented

wifi worked on the phone only but not on my laptop which i need for work

heater/ac worked well as did wifi and the tv

wifi a little slow

wifi spotty

would've liked to see a little bit better wifi speeds

no wifi, no elevator, dirty

wifi was terrible

i was given a list of 4 or 5 wifi networks for the hotel - none of them populated on any of my devices

wifi is deceptive as there is actually no wifi in the rooms

some problems to connect the wifi signal.

usually work from the hotel room and the wifi is great, the beds are comfy and the location is the best, right

the wifi is very slow.

great wifi and the tv had a million channels including premium (hbo, etc

no password wifi, hot cold water and ac

place, location, valet parking was the best, don't need to worrie about where to park

praga cafe for *excellent* quality food, espressos, & wine across the street good for room service or a visit

no room service but other then that evrything was good

there s construction going on an there was a little difficulty getting to the parking lot but they were super

good wifi

staf kitchen

and love breakfast there

good breakfast and kind staff.

i like the food but it would be more better if the kitchen would be open 24 hours

definitely need an ice machine and smoking rooms or designated areas, wifi is a huge huge issue i had to go down

was friendly, complimentary breakfast tasty

looks just like the pics that are displayed & the bed was soooo comfortable & right across from bar w good tacos

amazing clean and spacious room the hotel is only for adults so i liked it alot

great central location, cool and unique hotel. breakfast was great. the design is very artistic.

everything location staff breakfast great experience will come again

location and price. good parking. as good as a high end holiday inn.

liked the staff spoke english and spanish also the parking was great w self parking , and a 24 hour employee

parking is limited on top but have more parking on bottom

centrally located and safe parking

staff is very helpful with anything you may need and the parking has a guard so you don t have to worry about

when i wanted to use tables to work, te staff helped set me up in the hotel bar so that i could work all

only downside is the hopping bar across the street

allow pets which is awesome as we brought our dog, but it s $20usd a night per pet, which is fine, but

i am not sure if it was inside the hotel bar or on the street

very fast wifi- i was able to teach my class online, which was perfect for me

kitchen area was very practical

the parking is open all night therefore is not very safe.

wifi is extremely slow and lost connection frequently

only thing i was having a hard time with was the speed on wifi, signal would get lost often, other then that it

the parking spots available at the premises are not enough and getting your car parked could be a pain
