but then again it is nice that there were not a lot of young kids

my kids loved it and we will be back

they have a beautiful restaurant excellent food an amazing spa a workout gym a beautiful swimming pool and hot

the food is delicious, the services at the spa are wonderful, both pools are centrally

spa and gym open 9-5 only breakfast is limited to two items, if you want something different you have to

the breakfast, the gym, the wifi

are outdated, the comforter looks from the 70s and they have room service but no table and chairs in the room

parking is easy, check-in is always fast, free margaritas at check-in, rooms have nice view

hotel has a restaurant bar great people, good food, and beautiful view

good access to beach, pleasant staff, excellent restaurant, nice bar area with live music, very quiet

very very small right by the kitchen u can hear pots and pans all night the windows had no screens so if u open

would've preferred internal parking, however, security patrolling the area outside was quite good

the pool and hot tub were fun

loved the karaoke after hour bar connected to the hotel

breakfast was great, they gave us breakfast tickets we could use at a restaurant.

am hours due to the location of rosarito nightlife- should be expected as you dont go to a bar to purchase

wish they had key fobs/remote for parking gates

also, they have free parking

wifi could be better, but it was not a problem since we were not in our room much.

not your typical hotel by the beach, but it has parking right next to your room

we were supposed to have parking next to our room and they gave it up to someone else and had to find parking

our room was next to the gym was loud in the morning

when you choose the breakfast included option it s a really good breakfast

clean and wifi was good

parking was a disaster

parking was underground

the parking lot could be smoother and more level.

no smart tvs, room service not available all times & days, no atms on property

didn't like the fact a guest went number 2 in the pool without telling anyone there swimming

it needed to have better parking and some updating.

walking around the property to the pool, golf course, their own oxxo market, the bar, or restaurants was quaint

parking is a hike to room no matter where u park

i liked the kitchenette. the bed was firm and comfortable.

plus kitchen and fridge

parking

very good location, safe parking. very clean, staff is great.

service, extremely clean rooms, and breakfast always hot and fresh

location, breakfast is always great i go to tj every other weekend and this is my favorite place to stay

fact that doesn t look like a hotel from the outside, and that the parking is limited and not covered, but

attempted to order room service, but there are no restaurant menus in bedrooms

also room service was great

needs to improve on room service overall really good costumer service in the reseption.

i called room service and the receptionist said it was only him working so we had to wait about 3 hours for

accommodating, the breakfast is amazing, so fresh and yummy

the pool was very refreshing and the staff was very accommodating and friendly

small heads-up on the parking situation would've been nice, something like an email to pull the gate open and

architecture and pool area were stunning

eventually the pool is too small

no one showed us the spa or gym

acerca de las reservas para el spa que se le pidio al personal de recepcion no se reservaron porque llegando

no one showed us the spa or gym

it has a really nice heated pool and jacuzzi

also wish the pool / jacuzzi were open a bit earlier or later, but no major complaints

breakfast was very tasty

breakfast is included and very good

the breakfast area was also a pleasant setting

the bakery behind and good breakfast.

it s a clean spot. and the deal with the breakfast

the obvious cost under $50 us, parking right next to my room, clean facilities and friendly staff

when we couldn t get the tv and wifi to work we called the front desk and within minutes a man came and fixed

woman at the front desk was very friendly and explained how to use the breakfast voucher

just a heads up there are no pool/spa or restaurant on property yet

can t wait to be back once pool is finished

pool could have been heated, other than that everything is exceptional!

staff, breakfast, location.

many staircases parking location and design: very confusing room: very cold & no telephone, no hotel services

the front desk told me that breakfast was included, but the restaurant staff told me my room was not

the water would be shut off at 9am until 7am, our phone cord was cut off so we couldn t call room service

much disturbing out side can sleep good all night people walk n talk loud it's too much n room service is poor

service at the main office as well the restaurants with room service everything great at all

also the room service was super bad: the forgot requested items and brought them with in half hr apart from

i doubt it and then double checked with room service lady

when we got to the room, i reviewed the costs of laundry and dry cleaning

this hotel is for adults only 18+

pool and jacuzzi were not open but it was due to covid so i can understand the difficulty in social

great rooftop bar and restaurant

are doing remodeling on the rooftop pool and bar so it s closed which is a bummer, maybe the price should be
